Real age verification is not active
Padded Play is exclusively for adults aged 21 or older. Minors and adults aged 18–20 are ineligible. Every character must remain clearly adult and at least 21; child personas and sexualized minor depictions are prohibited.
The public entry screen asks you to acknowledge the 21+ rule and non-explicit boundaries. This is self-attestation only: it does not verify your age or identity. Confirmation opens information pages, not an account, the game, a community or paid content. Registration, game access and payments remain closed.
The separate local development game has a demo gate held only in page memory. Neither entry screen establishes verified adult eligibility.
No identity documents are requested here
There is no date-of-birth form, ID upload, selfie capture or payment-information field in this preview. Do not send identity documents to the project or an unconfirmed contact address. No age-verification provider is connected yet.
The public preview remembers only acknowledged or declined in this browser tab under paddedplay.public-entry.v1 when session storage is available. That choice is not sent to an account or verification provider and never becomes verified adult status. Browser tab restoration may preserve it. If storage is blocked, a choice can last in the current page's memory, but a reload asks again.
After acknowledging the preview, Change entry choice resets both confirmations and attempts to remove the tab's saved choice. If removal is blocked, the preview closes on the current page and shows a warning; use browser site-data controls before reloading because the saved choice may remain. A declined choice keeps the preview closed in that tab when storage is available. Privacy, data-use, support and safety information can be read before entry. Removing site data does not erase history or hosting logs.
What must happen before members can enter
Member access will require a reviewed age-assurance provider capable of checking the platform's 21+ threshold, clear privacy information before the check, and a result validated by the service. An 18+ check is not sufficient for Padded Play's rule.
The future result must be tied to the correct private account. Pending, declined, failed, expired or unavailable results must keep member access closed. A browser checkbox, successful email confirmation, payment, redirect URL or changed browser storage must never grant verified status.
Provider selection, applicable requirements, retention, account deletion, support and the real access controls still need review and implementation. This entry notice does not establish production-grade age assurance, identity verification or universal legal compliance.
